Delivery

Dispatch can be made the same day, or within a maximum of 48 hours (excluding Mondial Relay delivery, sales or promotions periods, during very large numbers of orders). The items are delivered by La Poste Colissimo delivery against signature, Chronopost Express or Mondial Relay with a tracking number which will be communicated to you by e-mail. Your package will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days by Chronopost (1 to 3 days for International), 2 to 5 working days (indicative times) by Colissimo and within 3 to 5 working days by Mondial Relay. Shipments are made worldwide with a tracking number. For shipments outside France, the delay may be a little longer.

It is important to provide your mobile phone number and email address in order to be kept informed of the delivery of your package.

Your package is tracked on the La Poste, Mondial Relay or Chronopost website.

Please note that Soignée Paris is in no way responsible for the disappearance of packages after deposit recorded by the carrier. Once your indicated package has been delivered, our responsibility is no longer engaged. No refund will be made in this specific case. In the event of a problem, we invite you to contact Colissimo/La Poste directly.

If you are not satisfied with the product, we accept returns within 14 days. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, the product must be in perfect condition for resale, that is to say: complete, closed and unused.

Upon receipt of your package, the product is checked. If it meets the return conditions, we will reimburse you by creating a credit note credited to your customer account, or a refund to your payment method used during the purchase.

Otherwise, we will regret not accepting the return.

For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to exfoliating gloves.
